The One About IGLs

Hello Wipers,

A couple updates on Teaching Raids and a reminder to use our LFG form

First, moving forward in all of our teaching runs, you will see that a particular teacher is designated as the "In-Game Lead" or IGL for short. This person is going to be the one responsible for leading the raid, teaching the mechanics, and will be the final decision maker when it comes to optimizing strategies, damage loadouts, etc. The goal of this system is to allow us to better assist learners to get through more difficult end-game content with less confusion and with more direct focus.

Second, if you are looking to get into a teaching run of Salvation's Edge and you have not yet been contacted by myself or another sherpa directly, please submit an LFG form. This will give us the details on which class you would intend to play, your weekly availability, and other key information. We are finding the most success when teams are hand picked for success since the game's meta is so heavily focused in on specific loadouts/classes *cough "Goldie Hunter" cough*. We will work with you directly to get a run planned so we can teach and help everyone kick The Witness' ass!
