3rd Encounter Map & Explainer

Split the team into 2 teams of 3 that dedicate themselves to either being a “Button Presser” or a “Closer”. Button pressing team will want to stay relatively close to their buttons at all times, and wait for callouts from the closing team on when to step on their buttons and when to let the chain fail.

Closing team will countdown for all button pressers (3, 2, 1, Step On…) so that all 3 pulses are heading towards the closers at the same time. Bounce the pulses back and forth 3 times to generate all resonance. After 3 bounces, let the bounce fail, kill Subjugators, and have everyone collect up to 3 resonance near their position. Closers should swap to whichever pillar they are able to close (depending on which shape resonance they picked up), and button pressers should stay at their original button and wait for another countdown from closing team (3, 2, 1, Step On…).

4th Encounter Explainer & Infographic

“Inside Players” Explainer:

  1. Give 3 shape callouts from left to right by looking at statues (example below Square, Circle, Triangle ; SCT)

  2. Look at the statue that corresponds to their guardian and make a mental note at which shape they're holding.

    1. Phase 1: Kill Knights 1 & 2 - Play the matching game with shapes; DO NOT pick up the shape if it matches the shape your guardian’s statue holds

    2. Phase 2: Kill Knights 3 & 4 - Split the two shapes that the knights drop to the other two guardian’s statue (think a dealer in a card game handing out cards to the other two players)

    3. Phase 3: Kill Knights 5 & 6 - Kill both knights and pick up the shapes that they drop at the same time. These two shapes should be different than the shape your guardian statue is holding.

“Outside Players” Explainer - Dissector Role

  1. Look at "3D Object Equations" infographic below to identify the relationship between 2 shapes and the shape they create when you add them together.*

  2. After 3 solo players are teleported, listen for callouts on the order of their 2D Shapes (have someone type this in game chat); for example “CST” for Circle - Square - Triangle.

  3. Dissector, look at your left-most statue and note what 3D object is in it's hand.

    1. Using the example of C-S-T, we know the left statue cannot have a circle in it's "final shape".

    2. If the left 3D Object is a Sphere, Cone, or a Cylinder; you must kill a knight that drops a circle and "dissect" the circle from the left statue.

      1. For example, say the left statue is holding a cone (triangle+circle). When you dissect the circle you have removed the circle and left a triangle.

  4. Next, look at the two other statues and identify which needs a circle added to it. For example, the middle statue is holding a prism (square + triangle), however, we know it should not have a square in it's "final shape" so we will kill a knight and pick up a square to dissect it from the center statue.

  5. When you dissect two shapes from different statues, the game will receive this as a command to swap the two shape's positioning.

  6. Once this dissection is complete, the circle from the left statue will be added to the middle statue, and the square from the middle statue will be added to the left statue.

  7. Repeat this process by identifying which shapes are out of place on the middle and right statues and kill knights to pick up shapes and swap them accordingly.
